The cheese is mixed with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg yolks and raisins.
From the dough, spread a thin sheet and place it in a round tray with removable walls lined with baking paper.
There is also a long strip that is placed on the wall of the tray and sticks well to the bottom.
Put the cheese in the tray and level it nicely and evenly.
For me, the cheese was up to the level of the coca edge, so I had nothing to bend at the edge.
You can put braids and other figures on the edge, but I like the simple one, with a little shell.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 40 minutes.
When it is nicely browned, take it out and leave it to cool.
Cut cold and serve.
