  • 2 1/2 cups flour

RECIPE PREPARATION Muffins with cheese topping:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the liquids. Mix the solid ingredients and put little by little over the liquid ones. Put the muffin tins in a special tray and fill 3/4 of the dough. Leave in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove when passing the toothpick test and leave to cool on the grill. Mix the butter with the foam cheese, add the vanilla essence and little by little the sugar until completely incorporated. If you want a stronger cream, add more sugar. Garnish the cakes with half the cream cheese and put them in the fridge. The rest of the cream is mixed with melted chocolate, but not hot. Remove the muffins from the fridge and decorate with the chocolate topping.
